Attachment Aware and Trauma Informed Approaches
A session for ECTs which will look at attachment theory, the effect trauma can have on the brain and a child’s development. We will look at strategies that can be used in the classroom to support these pupils to settle more easily to their learning and develop positive relationships with staff and peers.
