ECT Induction, Mentor & Induction Tutor Training
This session is for both ECTs, ECT Mentors and Induction Tutors.
For ECTs the session it will provide the opportunity to find out what to expect in your induction year, your entitlements and what support and training is available to support your ongoing professional development.
ECT mentors and Induction Tutors have a key role and significant responsibilities in the statutory induction arrangements for ECTs. This session will provide those in this role with the information you need to understand those responsibilities for your allocated ECT(s) including the support and professional development available from the Appropriate Body to help you successfully fulfil the role.
