Recall and Retention of Core Knowledge
As teachers you work hard to impart knowledge and skills, but how much do your pupils retain over time?
This session focuses on strategies to support pupils in retaining knowledge and skills, highlighted in the Early Career Framework, but also a key feature of OFSTED’s “Know more, remember more” agenda. It will support participants to reflect upon how memory works and how classroom pedagogy can support retention of knowledge.
